ESA Industries Pty Ltd was established in 1996, with the intention of supplying quality castings to buyers of those products, and the current management team has over 40 years experience in the manufacture and supply of cast metal products. The benefit of utilising the services of ESA Industries is that we have the advantage of sourcing castings from a variety of reputable foundries, both local and Australia wide, with which we have a close association. We are able to match the customer’s needs with the most suitable foundry, taking into account such requirements as material grade, casting weight, batch quantities, testing levels, etc. This enables ESA Industries to offer very competitive pricing and appealing lead times.
In addition to castings, ESA Industries, as project managers, can source new patterns, machining, and other services such as plating, painting, rubber lining, and flame hardening, all to customer specifications.
Certificates for chemistry and hardness can be supplied either from in-house, or from a NATA approved laboratory. Additional NATA testing available includes Tensile, Yield and % Elongation, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiography.
We utilise the capabilities of several reputable machine shops, all equipped with state of the art CNC lathes, borers, and machining centres, enabling us to supply finished product Free Into Store anywhere in Australia, thus relieving the customer of the need to place multiple purchase orders, co-ordinate sub-contractors, or arrange transport. Machining Dimensional Check Reports can be supplied with any other test reports requested at time of enquiry and placement of purchase order.
ESA Industries accepts the responsibility of ensuring that the finished product complies with all of the customer’s quality requirements, and that goods are supplied on time. The internal operation of ESA Industries has been streamlined by the introduction of a custom designed computer program which tracks production from quotation through to despatch of finished product. This program will alert us to any potential delays, thus allowing resolution of issues as they arise.
